  • Reflection Submission Period — July 15 to July 22
  • Optional Mid-Pilot Check-In — July 1 (suggested)
  • Pilot Close and Evaluation — July 23 to August 2
  • Results Report — By August 10
  • Fall Pilot (Optional) — August 17 to December 4
