Recovery goals
Recovery objectives should be defined per customer agreement and operational maturity. VerbalCheck should prioritize restoring authentication, class access, submission review, interview results, and LMS-connected workflows after a service disruption.
Limitations
- Backups are not a substitute for institution-controlled export or archival requirements.
- Deleted records may not be recoverable after provider retention windows expire.
- Customer-specific recovery guarantees should be documented contractually before purchase.
