- Use subprocessors only as needed to host, secure, process, analyze, or support the platform.
- Route institutional data processing terms through the published Data Processing Addendum and customer agreement.
Review boundaries
VerbalCheck can support FERPA-sensitive workflows, but FERPA compliance is shared with the institution and depends on local policy, training, account provisioning, and administrative controls.
