  • Use data to provide VerbalCheck functionality, support institutional workflows, improve service reliability, and secure the platform.
  • Limit access to authorized users and support staff with a legitimate operational need.
  • Use subprocessors only as needed to host, secure, process, analyze, or support the platform.
  • Route institutional data processing terms through the published Data Processing Addendum and customer agreement.

Review boundaries

VerbalCheck can support FERPA-sensitive workflows, but FERPA compliance is shared with the institution and depends on local policy, training, account provisioning, and administrative controls.
