- Database hosting: Railway PostgreSQL.
- File and audio object storage: Vercel Blob where configured.
- AI API processing: OpenAI for configured AI-assisted functionality.
Region commitments
Specific cloud regions can vary by deployment configuration, provider configuration, and customer agreement. VerbalCheck should not represent a fixed region commitment to an institution unless that region is confirmed in the applicable production configuration and contract.
Customer review
- Institutions that require country-specific or region-specific processing should raise that requirement during procurement.
- Subprocessor region, transfer, and residency terms should be reviewed with the Data Processing Addendum and subprocessor register.
- If a deployment-specific storage location statement is required, VerbalCheck should issue it after confirming live provider configuration.
