Continuity priorities

  • Restore access to authentication and core application workflows.
  • Preserve access to class, assignment, submission, interview, and report data where recoverable.
  • Restore LMS launch and grade synchronization functionality when the institution depends on LMS access.
  • Communicate material incidents or extended outages through customer support channels.

Provider dependencies

VerbalCheck continuity depends on hosting, database, object storage, AI, LMS, and email providers. Provider-specific availability and recovery capabilities should be reviewed through subprocessor terms and customer agreement requirements.

Operational practices

  • Maintain deployment history through the hosting platform.
  • Use version control to preserve application source history.
  • Use provider backup and recovery capabilities for database and object storage where configured.
  • Validate production changes through build checks and smoke testing.
