Privacy and data processing
Privacy, DPA, subprocessor, data retention, and data subject request questions should be routed through the institution contact path or VerbalCheck support. Where the institution controls the education record, student requests may need to be handled by the institution.

- Suspected vulnerability or unauthorized access: security escalation.
- Vendor questionnaire or procurement packet: support and security review.
- Deletion, access, correction, or retention question: privacy and institution administrator review.
- LMS launch, grade sync, or account access issue: support and technical escalation.
