Device Readiness

Use a modern browser and test microphone access before launching the interview.

Close background applications that may take microphone focus away from the browser.

Microphone Lock

If another app controls the microphone, VerbalCheck cannot record responses reliably.

Each question has a visible countdown timer. Start speaking promptly to maximize your response window.

If a question times out, proceed to the next prompt and complete all remaining questions.
