Content Market Assignment Flow

The Content Market flow opens the assignment creation UI and should publish assignment metadata to Blackboard.

After submission, validate that both assignment card and gradebook column are correct in LMS.

Due date should populate immediately on first create flow without requiring a later manual sync.

If due date is missing on first publish, capture the LMS card state and integration context for support.
